MORGAN FLEMING

Morgan Fleming is the Director of Client Relations & Football Operations at Priority Sports, where she leverages her extensive experience to support our NFL athletes in achieving both on-field excellence and off-field success.

Prior to joining Priority Sports in 2024, Morgan held key roles in athletics and operations. She began her career in athletic marketing at Army West Point and Baylor University, before transitioning into team operations and on-campus recruiting for Baylor’s football program. She then joined the Carolina Panthers in 2020, eventually serving as one of the NFL’s first women in a coaching operations role. Her responsibilities included daily football operations, player and family relations, and coaching administration. Most recently, Morgan assisted with basketball operations and family relations for the Charlotte Hornets during the 2023-24 season.

A Peoria, Illinois native, Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from Wake Forest University and also has a professional background in graphic design.
