LUCAS CATALFOMO

Lucas Catalfomo is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and a Director of Athlete Marketing here at Priority. He joined the team in September 2022 when Priority acquired Element Sports Group.

Lucas’s first experience in the athlete representation industry came as a summer intern at Element Sports. While working on his masters degree the following year, he began working at a sports marketing firm where he assisted in the brand building and marketing representation of several high-caliber NFL athletes. At the start of the Name, Image, and Likeness era, he started his own firm, Momentum Sports, to advise and represent student-athletes.

After building a successful NIL representation firm, Lucas jumped at the opportunity to rejoin Element Sports (and eventually Priority Sports) and continue to provide superior representation to collegiate and professional athletes. Beyond marketing deals and brand building, he prides himself on creating a strong, personal relationship with each of his clients. 

An Anderson, SC native, he was a Division I football player at Presbyterian College before transferring to North Greenville University and graduating with a Sports Management Degree and Masters of Business Administration. At North Greenville, Lucas was an All-Conference performer on the field and an All-Academic Team member off the field.

Lucas currently lives in Atlanta, GA.
