JENNA McLAUGHLIN

Jenna joined the Coaches, Front Office and Broadcasters division at Priority Sports in December 2024 and works directly with Rick Smith and Dan Eveloff in representing both collegiate and professional coaches. Jenna is also spearheading Priority’s new Women’s Sports Division.

Jenna has extensive experience in sports administration, executive search, leadership, and coaching, with a proven track record of success. She came to Priority from Korn Ferry, where she led the global consulting firm’s collegiate sports sector, running search and consulting projects for collegiate and professional sports organizations. Before that, she served as Vice President at Collegiate Sports Associates, one of the preeminent search and consulting firms in the collegiate space. Prior to her joining the search firm space, McLaughlin worked in collegiate administration at NC State and Army West Point, after several years of coaching for Army’s women’s basketball program.
