CHICAGO – Priority Sports & Entertainment announced today the addition of sports industry leader Jenna McLaughlin to join its Coaches, Broadcasters, and Front Office Division. McLaughlin will also spearhead Priority’s new Women’s Sports Division.
McLaughlin brings extensive experience in sports administration, executive search, leadership, and coaching, with a proven track record of success. She comes to Priority from Korn Ferry, where she led the global consulting firm’s collegiate sports sector, running search and consulting projects for collegiate and professional sports organizations. Before that, she served as Vice President at Collegiate Sports Associates, one of the preeminent search and consulting firms in the collegiate space. Prior to her joining the search firm space, McLaughlin worked in collegiate administration at NC State and Army West Point, after several years of coaching for Army’s women’s basketball program.
“I am thrilled to join Priority Sports, a company that not only represents the best in the business but also shares my passion for empowering individuals across all facets of the sports industry,” said McLaughlin. “I look forward to working closely with the Priority team to support the growth and success of our clients, and I’m especially excited to help lead the charge in developing Priority’s Women’s Sports Division.”
“Jenna’s reputation as a dynamic and forward-thinking leader speaks for itself,” said Mark Bartelstein, CEO of Priority Sports. “Her deep industry knowledge and passion for innovation make her the perfect addition to our team as we continue to build on our exciting growth in the world of women’s athletics.”
In addition to representing coaches and front office executives, McLaughlin will also drive the vision for Priority’s Women’s Division. Priority is committed to advancing the women’s sports industry, and Jenna’s leadership will be pivotal in helping drive greater representation and opportunities for female athletes and coaches alike. She will work closely with top executives, coaches, and athletes to enhance opportunities and foster career growth. This initiative builds on the agency’s recent successes in the women’s space, including representing influencers in sports and wellness and signing four women’s college basketball players.
