“A Nate Oats Team is one that is both DEMANDING and REWARDING. I ask a lot of my players in that we play with a BLUE COLLAR attitude, itching and scratching for every possession, every basket, every defensive stop. This attitude and work ethic is expected whether in a game or at practice. Notwithstanding, our style of play is one of OFFENSIVE FIREPOWER. I put my players in a position to succeed and bring excitement to our fans night in and night out. We are a team that is CONFIDENT and NOT SCARED OF ANYBODY.”
