What started as a conversation over DMs on Instagram became a pitch from a teenager (Noah Weber) to an NBA player (Larry Nance Jr.) for a way to help kids with Crohn’s and Colitis disease. In what is one of the most unique friendships and partnerships in sports, Noah, 15, and Larry, 26, who both have Crohn’s, have now hosted several fundraisers, dinners to award youth scholarships and 3-on-3 basketball tournaments together—all with one goal in mind: to find a cure one day. CloseUp360 recently spent time with the duo in New York, where Noah lives, as they hosted two different events. Go inside their special bond and broader impact in our “Home Court” series.
