Troy Daniels said he didn’t expect to play Monday night at Miami.
Phoenix probably would’ve lost the game had he not.
Daniels came off the bench to score 14 points, going 3-of-3 from 3, in 17 minutes to help the Suns beat the Heat, 124-121, and snap a franchise-record 17-game skid.
“It was like a walk in the park,” said Daniels, who scored 11 of his 14 in the third quarter. “If I’m open, that’s what I do, I shoot the ball. I was able to hit one and as a shooter, you see one go in, like I said, it’s a walk in the park after that.”
